Seasonal Beers On Tap Abbey Hoffman - Our Belgian-style dubbel. This ruby-colored strong ale has a rich toasty malt profile with fruity overtones. Like the Monk, there is a three-per-visit limit. 8.5 % abv.
Hefeweizen - A traditional Bavarian favorite, this refreshing beer is a great contrast to our regular American-style wheat. (LAST CALL!!!)
Stumblin' Monk - The one and only. Abbey-style Tripel. 9.2% ABV. (We'll be lucky if this lasts until mid-August.)
Cherry Dubbel - Our Abbey Hoffman refermented with an ungodly amount (Sorry, God) of sour cherries. 9.?% ABV.
Saaz Matters Bohemian Blonde - This pilsner is completely different; it's not a pilsner! You see, we think we put a saison yeast into it instead of the Budvar yeast. Otherwise, it was treated like a pilsner, cold fermented and hopped with all American-grown Saaz . What we have now is an extremely refreshing, sluggable summer beer that's crisp and hoppy, but with a spicy aftertaste. 6.2% ABV.
Bourbon Stout - Our ridiculously tasty, creamy, dreamy stout aged in a Jim Beam barrel for entirely too long. You probably can't handle it.
Bourbon Barleywine '06 - Our Gold Medal-winning barleywine, aged in a Jim Beam barrel. This one's ridiculously bourbalicious.
Upcoming Beer Dunkel Rico - Our GABF Medal-winning Munich-style Dunkel, named sort of after Ric and sort of after the guy in Napolean Dynamite. Early September.
Oktoberfest - Our GABF Medal-winning Bavarian-style Oktoberfest/Märzen. Whenever you guys finish off the Dunkel. |
